I'm 24 years old female. Ht 149 cm, Wt 40 kg. Tubes are patent and normal TSH level. LMP Jan 17, 2017. I'm in first round of clomid 100 mg and NAC 600 mg. On CD (cycle day) 11 one follicle measure 26 mm found in right ovary and tiny follicles in left ovary. They said that the follicle will rupture by its own. On CD (cycle day) 14 it goes to 34 mm. Is it too big to get pregnant? On CD (cycle day) 16 endometrium measures 11.2 and the 34 mm follicle ruptured but I'm worried about the remarks of sonolagist "Ovarian follicle collapsed and irregular" What does it mean? Still I hope I can. Is it contain viable egg? Or fluid? From Cd 16 I have to take progesterone 100 mg. Can I get pregnant? Pls help me.

Hi This sized follicle is unlikely to have mature ovum, so less chance of pregnancy but still take progesterone as you should not waste cycle. Sometimes despite these type of findings pt's conceive.
