Dear lybrate user avoid shampoos and perfumed hair oils,use shika powder instead , since hair fall depends on many internal causes it needs an internal medicinal treatment for cure

Yes pure almond oil is effective in hair fall & also in graying .hair graying is also genetically active. Hairloss have many reasons It is normal to lose about 30-80 strands of hair in a day.
