Hi I am 26 years old trying for a baby since last 6 month bt didn't get any result. Last week we consult a doctor she advice us to doing follicular scan on my 11 day day endometrium rt follicle lf follicle pod 11 8.5 mm 23*22 mm 18*18 mm free fluid in pod 13 11 mm 15*15 16*16 e/o free fluid 27*21 20*20 14*14 14*14 13*13 now doctor said to take hcg hp5000 injection. Is it safe. And please tell is every thing okay in my follicular report.

Hi It appears you have been hyper stimulated. Your ultrasound shows about 5 follicles 15 mm and above and about 4 smaller follicles. In this cycle you do have an increased risk of multiple pregnancy that is conceiving twins or even higher order gestation. This is not an OK cycle but we do see a response like this after giving ovulation medications. Your doctor will plan a lower dose of ovulation induction if you don't conceive this cycle. You can go ahead with the injection only if the risks of twins or high order (triplets and above) are acceptable to you. If not than its is better to avoid intercourse in this cycle and plan next cycle with a lower dose.
