My creatinine is 0.81 is it normal and the Gfr is 150.4 ml/min is my kidney normal I have type 2 diabetes my sugar is fasting 109.6 and PP is 159.

Hello, Your S. Creatinine and GFR is perfectly in the normal range. To monitor the kidney function in diabetes the better test would be 24 hours Urine. Microalbumin or albumin to creatinine ratio whichever test is available near your place of residence. This will predict future development of kidney disease long before s. Creatinine goes wrong and hence would help us modify treatment. Your sugars are pretty well controlled, However keep a check on HBA1C levels.

Pp159 is still a bit high with new definitions and it is adviable to increase the pp dose marginally pl keep hba1c <6.
