It is possible to get pregnant with using myo-inositol D-chiro-inositol Chromium and vitamin d3 capsules? please advice me.

You can become pregnant with same, however if you have problem of infertility don't depend heavily on same resulting in pregnancy but same are used as conjugant therapy in certain cases of infertility and in cases of PCOD.
