Please Take it before food I will suggest few points.... Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily with relaxed mind Do pranayam and yoga daily Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, maida containing items, processed food for few days Take milk regularly Take salads and fruits more Take small and frequent feeds of light food
