Hi, I have pcod and im not getting my regular periods. So much of white discharge. Im feeling too low. Im getting so much of back pain and needs pain. Pls help.

lybrate-user, you must loose weight. Weight reduction should be your top priority. Once you loose weight and become physical active, your periods are automatically going to get regular. Baxkpain too is most probably bcz of obesity. Please keep taking the medicines your Gynaecologist has prescribed. Consult a dietician too who would give you diet chart. Go for walks, do exercise and yoga. Avoid all junk food. Less of oil andore of protein.
