My son suffers from throat and nasal infection from time to time. Doctor says his aneoids are little bigger in size. At night while sleeping he finds it difficult to sleep. He snores. Sometimes he is quite blank no breathing for one two seconds and suddenly he breathed with a loud snore. I am giving him Montair LC and metaspray. Kindly advise what else can I do.

It seems your child is suffering from obstructive sleep apnea due to adenoid and tonsillar hypertrophy and rec infections. We need to examine him and probably shall be advised for xray of nasopharynx. If obstruction found to be significant by adenoid and tonsils or they are producing some adverse effects on ear, adenoids and tonsils removed surgically, preferably by coblation method.
