Hello Yash Topisal 3% lotion can be applied over the scalp at night time every alternate nights for 2 weeks followed by decreasing frequency of 2 days a week to once a week. Should stop it within 6-8 weeks. Along with that continue your shampoo 2 days in a week. Take care
