Her cycles are short, how can she wait till 21st day. In young married lady of this age there are possibilities of pelvic infections, disturbed hormones, etc. Ultrasound of pelvis is a must, hormone levels-lh, FSH, prolactin, t3 should b done on 2nd/3rd day of periods.
