Dear lybrateuse, -Along with medication take some precautions for faster relief, -avoid exposure to cod weather,dust & smoke -avoid cold fluids, have more of warm fluids like water, tea, coffee ,milk & soup -do steam inhalation twice a day -you can take dolocold.
