I am having cough since last 10 days. I went for a TB test but doctor denied to recommend me for any such tests as there were no symptoms nor I am living in a downtrodden area where TB might be caught. Another doctor diagnosed it as throat infection and prescribed me azithromycin for 3 days. I have taken 3 bottles of cough syrups: zedex, ascoril and decoff a. Cough still persists. What should I do to get rid of it ASAP.
