Dear Lybrateuser, - Your giddiness could be due to anemia - have more of iron containing foods like green leafy vegetables like palak, methi, kale, broccoli, fruits like guava, apple, banana, eggs, non veg (red meats if you have) - also take iron supplement to raise your hemoglobin levels - also have 8-10 glasses of water for proper hydration - have meals on time, do not skip meals, have snacks I'm betweeneals if you feel hungry - get your BP & hemoglobin checked regularly.
