Hi. Both things are difficult to achieve with same shampoo. The shampoos for insects, tend to dry up the skin coat which may not be good for fur quality in long run. Use insect shampoo, only when it is needed and not as routine. You can use bayer bolfo shampoo, diluted with water for insects. To achieve good fur/hairs explore using beapher all coat or white coat shampoo, which also contains conditioner. Don't forget to dilute any shampoo you use for dog before pouring on body.
