I am 30 weeks pregnant and from yesterday sometimes keep feeling a weird pulsating feeling in my lower abdomen little upwards from private bone, it feels like a heart beat and I'm also feeling baby movement in lower abdomen. please help.

That's very normal, baby is head down it seems, and you may actually be feeling babies hear beat, as long as there is no discharge and discomfort, you should not worry, but in case you get an ultrasound done you will be able to confirm on foetal position, heartbeats and other findings.
