Dear lybrateuser, - The early signs of diabetes are increased thirst, increase frequency of urination, increase appetite, loss or gain in weight, tiredness, later on tingling or numbness in limbs, eye problem, kidney disease - high blood pressure can cause headache, giddiness, heaviness in head, easy fatiguability, palpitations, heart problems, eye problem, kidney disorder.
