Hi, Try to regularise your meals into small and frequent meals. Include good amounts of fibre rich diet like whole grain cereals, vegetables and fruits. Avoid fruit juices and carbonated beverages. Include lean meat, skin out chicken, fish and egg white. Avoid fried meat, oily foods, egg omelette and red meat. Avoid junk food and include green tea, oats, sprouts and drink plenty of water. Work out regularly either morning or evening depending on your convenience. Take steps instead of lift and keep a check on high fat and high carbohydrate foods that you consume. Take a light dinner consisting of less carbohydrate and moderate protein. Maintain 2 hours gap between dinner and sleep.
