Its not that easy to get pregnant once you cross 30 years and in your case may be the egg released was not healthy or alive. Usually injection is given on 12th day which causes follicular rupture on the next day and sex has to be done in these 2 days for conception. Better you ask your treating doctor.

We need to rule out possibility of miscarriage as well as tubal pregnancy ie ectopic pregnancy. See a doctor immediately who may advise an ultrasound and other tests.
