Hello sir your b12 levels are almost normal, but based on your symptoms, that levels of b12 matters. Let me explain the physiology of b12. Basically b12 is taken along with our food, especially animal products (so pure vegetarians are more prone for vitb12 deficiency). B12 is required for synthesis of rbc's. So in people deficiency of vit b12, rbc count will be reduced,(reticulocyte count will be raised). This fall in rbc's count leads to anaemia. Symptoms of anaemia includes fatigue dizziness headache tingling feet breathlessness sometimes jaundice blurred vision raised body temperature mouth ulcers, etc mostly you symptoms suggests vit b12 deficiency anaemia it has to be corrected. These look like signs of missed period. If you are sexually active it cpuld be pregnancy too. In that case do urine pregnancy yest in lab, using an early morning sample. If not sexually avtive the irregular menses is due to weight.. Go to gym, plan diet and shed weight to one thats ideal for your height. This will make your cycles regular. For getting relief from these symptoms you may visit a gynecologist to get medicine for inducing menses.

Dear lybrateuser, -The symptoms of heart attack include pain, heaviness, tightness in mid chest or left side, pain can radiate to jaw, neck, left shoulder, arm ,back, giddiness, headache, profuse sweating, nausea & vomiting, fatigue, breathlessness -for high bp & diabetes she has to follow a strict diet & a regular exercise regimen, also restrict salt, sugar, other sweet food, has to take more of fibre in food mainly fruits & vegetables, avoid fried & junk food, keep body weight stable, reduce stress , sleep well for7-8 hrs at night, keep sleep & wake up times fixed, do investigations regularly as advised & also take medicines regularly on time as prescribed.
