Hi lybrate-user. According to your reports they seem to be normal. What are the other symptoms you are having now and from how long? Was any other blood test done before and if yes what was the reading? Normally jaundice takes about a month to recover during which a patient has to strictly follow diet and hygiene. No outside food, junk food and heavy fried food should be consumed. Avoid non-vegetarian food if possible for a month. If you do not eat non-veg food / meat / seafood its good. You should only eat boiled vegetables / veg soup along with fresh and ripe fruits like pomegranate, apple, banana whenever possible. Salads with fresh white radish is very good in jaundice. Rice and plain dal or khichadi (yellow moong dal and rice) is best food to consume. Roti / phulka with sabji can be taken as per the appetite. The biggest problem in jaundice is the loss of appetite along with pain in stomach, nausea, occasional vomiting, constipation and yellowishness of the skin with itching. Please observe your symptoms and accordingly follow the right diet. Hope this will help you.
