Hii lybrate-user its better to avoid braces in loose tooth as it may get worst during the orthodontic treatment. Visit your dentist first you fix your loose teeth than you can go for ortho treatment after around 3 months. Thank you .wish you speedy recovery! with regards Dr. Kaushik.

it could be due to vitamin C deficiency you can take vitamin c supplement or u can put braces for tighten the teeth

There is no such medicine. You have to visit dentist. Splinting may help you. Periodontal surgery may be needed. Nothing can be told for sure without seeing your full moth xray.
