Why you have applied melacare cream .it is triple combination cream. U can't apply it more than 1, to 2mnth. It contains steroid that make your skin thin increase hair growth acne .don't apply niva moisturizer it increase your acne .please apply skin repair gel like aha glow skin repair cream and broad spectrum sunscreen like acne uv. Hi, melacare cream contains a steroid so can't be applied without doctor's supervision. It's continued application can give side effects like skin thinning, redness, reverse tanning. Stop applying melacare. For a week use only moisturizer and sunscreen regularly. After a week you may start clearz plus at night for 3-4 weeks. It contains vit c and kojic acid so is safer between the two. Apply sunscreen every 2 to 3 hrs if out in sun. See a dermatologist to get better response with the right anti pigmentation creams.

Thanks for enquiry. For pigmentation problem do apply sunscreen, avoid much sun exposure. It is usually also hereditary ,thyroid related ,sun exposure, wrong cream application like done in your case for long duration ,less sleep ,free radicals deposited on skin etc. Do apply sunscreen ,use antoxid, use lightening cream ,can get peels ,laser ,filler for faster recovery.
