Hello dear user welcome to Lybrate, it is normal to have some watery discharge after vaginal sustein.in my opinion you should stop vaginal sustein cap and start tab duphaston 10 mg twice a day for 14 weeks. After 14 weeks there is no use of hormone. Can you send me more details about your pregnancy, details.

Susten tablet doesn't affect urine pregnancy test results. However you can repeat the test after one more week if periods don't come by then.
