You need to see General physician. Why do they want to do PNS operation. I need to see CT scan to comment My advice is there is Good treatment for pns problem. Do saline gargles daily. 2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. 3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of AC. Sleep With an Extra Pillow Under Your Head-- Elevating your head will help relieve congested nasal passages. If the angle is too awkward, try placing the pillows between the mattress and the box springs to create a more gradual slope. 6. Hello Dear dengue Fever present with high fever, severe back pain (break bone fever) ,head ache, vomiting and rash. If it is hemorrhagic may present severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, rapid breathing, bleeding gums, restlessness and blood in vomit, fatigue. If it is dengue shock syndrome: .Fever, or history of acute fever, lasting 2–7 days, occasionally occurs in 2 phases • Hemorrhagic tendencies, evidenced by at least one of the following • A positive tourniquet test • discoloration of skin or formation of purple spots due to internal bleeding • Bleeding from the intestinal membrane, gastrointestinal tract, injection sites, or other locations • Blood in feaces or vomit • Deficiency of platelets in blood (100000/mm3 or less). Migraine treated with NSAIDS, betablockers, tryptanes etc. Treatment may vary on severity and type of head ache. Take care.

Dear dengue can be distinguished with high grade fever with sever body pain, bone pain also called as break bone fever. Blood pictures are typically low platelet count. Malaria characterises with fever followed by sweating and again fever. Antimalarial s both available in tablet forms as well as injectable.
