Taking medication, such as telma h (which contains telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide), can sometimes lead to side effects. While not everyone experiences the same side effects, some individuals may experience sexual dysfunction, including erectile dysfunction (ed) and a decrease in libido. If you have noticed a correlation between starting telma h in april and the onset of occasional ed and low sex drive, it may be worth discussing these concerns with your healthcare provider. They can evaluate your specific situation, including any underlying health conditions, medication interactions, and potential alternatives to address your blood pressure management while minimizing the impact on sexual function. It's important to remember that ed can have various causes, and it may not be solely attributed to your medication. Psychological factors, stress, anxiety, and lifestyle choices can also contribute to sexual issues. Your healthcare provider will be able to assess your overall health and provide appropriate guidance and recommendations.

Hello, thanks for the query. I have gone through the details mentioned. You have mentioned about having hypothyroidism and are on treatment for the same with 75 mc levothyroxine. Usually if one takes adequate dosage of levothyroxine hen t4 & t3 hormone levels are quite normal (with in specified normal range). However, since your tsh has gone to 8.1 mu/l, suggesting the earlier dosage was inadequate. If you have changed the dosage to 75 mcg (since when is not mentioned), tsh level may come down towards normal, but that needs to be checked after 6 weeks of changed dosage. As regards the increase in tgl, (no mention of ld: & t cholesterol), and liver enzymes, these things are interlinked with adaptation of modified lifestyle, and proper control of hypothyroidism. Fatty liver has no medication. It can be controlled by adapting a healthy lifestyle that is doing regular exercise for at least 1 hour a day, avoiding junk foods, deep fried foods, bakery items, foods made from maida, increasing the intake of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. There is a need to avoid alcohol, smoking red meat and colas. I am not aware of your food habits and other aspects of the lifestyle. If you have any questions please do come back. Thanks.

What r other symptoms that you r experiencing? By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains? Is there stiffness also? How is your appetite? R you constipated? Any problem in urine? I need details of case. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast.
