I feel pain in my back near and below left shoulder since I tried to do exercise with 5 kg dambles.in regular day I have no pain but it begins when I try to stretch myself in left direction (left crescent moon move in yoga. And I concern about it cuz I did not do any exercise after this pain. Please help.
