Diapers can be used all the time. Rashes and skin infections only come when wet and dirty diapers are not changed frequently.

Need to find the reason why fever is coming and source of infection. Take her to a paediatrician. In the meanwhile, give her soups, bread, dal ki pani, fruits, electral.
