Regular exercise can bring down sugar levels but as your sugars are quite high medication will also be required other wise complications ll occur.

Need to change the insulin to basal bilus regimen, means one shot of long acting at night and three shots of short acting before each meal.

Increase fibres in your diet, if it is not controlled add sugar free lactulose in evening 30 ml sos.
