He has experience in doing randomized, double-blind trials and prospective studies. He did Residential house staff ship in the Department of Radiodiagnosis (2005-2006) from Burdwan Medical College & Hospital, Burdwan (W.B.). He has attended more than 50 National conferences & delivered guest lectures in AOICON-2013 & 2014. He was judge in “Dr. Sandra Nisha D Souza PG award paper” session during AOICON-2014. He was Organizing Committee member of “Live Ear & Cochlear Implant Surgery Workshop & 19th Temporal bone dissection course” in Nov, 2013 at Muzaffarnagar, by Indian Journal of Otology. He has 8 published articles in his name in various indexed National journals. He has got “Prof. P.K.Khasnobis Memorial Award 2012” for best article published in the W.B. State Journal of Otolaryngology. He has got 2nd prize in Junior Consultants group in “Dr. Sankar Mohan Sen & Dr. Tarun Palit Temporal Bone Cadaveric Dissection” competition conducted by AOI (W.B. branch) in 2011 & 2012.
