I have operated my stomach for appendicitis on 2012 but still I am getting weakness on that area where I did operation if I do some workout ,that's the only reason I can't continue in any Gym.

I a suffering from pain from last 4 years.
The pain on right side.

Its May be. But not happen with all. You can use pea protein. It is a natural form of protein powder with milk.

I am doing workout at gym and after that I consume 1 scoop of whey protein powder.
I have heard from people and read on google that whey protein increase DHT level in body which ultimately causes hair fall.
Is this true or is it just a myth.
I am really worried.
