If your Thyroid tests are normal you can go for ICSI, but as per WHO sperm count 10 million is ok for conceive if there r no other reasons for infertility.

No thyroid disease can affect any age but is more common in females than in males in age gp of 25-35 autoimmune type needs thyroxine replacement in most cases.
