What are the foods someone should eat to avoid hypoglycemia? (Breakfast, Lunch,Snacks, Dinner?) to reverse Type 2 diabetes?

Anything we eat helps in hypoglycemia. If it's mild, take biscuits. If severe take sweet item. Usually chances are very very negligible for REVERSAL of diabetes. It can ...read full answer

Continue same Monitor TSH 3 monthly Nothing to worry so far as correct dose of medicine is concerned.
