My father bilubrin is 20 mg/dl and serum creatinine is 0.7.he is eating comfortable but doctor says he has damaged liver approximately 70℅.doctor says he is suffering from liver cirrhosis spleen is 19. 4 cm in length. We are following Dr. shiv sarin at ilbs. My father iron is very low what should I do bilubrin level increases day by day .how long my father live with this disease. This is a very hard time for my family. Bilubrin level increases at a rate of 2 mg/dl per day. Can ayurvedic treatment can work or not. My father age is only 52 years.

Celiac is nothing but the type of in ibs. So just focus upon treatment and not on reports. Haritaki churna 1tsf before lunch and dinner would be helpful.

Celiac was diagnosed through a blood test (the doctor did not say that cheryl did not eat gluten so a month and a half before the test I did not eat gluten)
the blood test done is:
transglutaminase (iga) ab = 8.5 you / ml
endomysial ab = 1: 5 borderline
and through genetic testing
hla-dq2 and hla-dq8
test conclusions:

no biopsy was performed as the doctor said we would be required to return to eating gluten for at least 3 months and my daughter did not agree because the gluten caused her a lot of bloating and abdominal pain.
It is important for me to note that after we lowered gluten the abdominal pains still exist but different abdominal pains.
No iga ttg test performed.
