please stop veltam. please don't take calcium or Vitamin D3 as it can cause stones to grow or new stones to form. Take proper urology consultation.

Urine infection with or without stone. Urine routine & microscopy test. Full bladder abdominal ultrasound highly advised. Antibiotics for 3 to 7 days till relief.
