Hi lybrate-user which molar teeth you hv pain. If it is wisdom teeth. Go for extraction. Other molars go for rct and restoration.

Hi it might be melanin deposition on lips. Teeth jus try it may get rid with professional scaling procedure. If not bleaching of teeth.

Various reasons for mouth ulcers. Study stress. Climatic variation. Menstural cycle. Etc. Take hexigel and apply it ll cure if it is simple mouth ulcer.
