Voglibose is not that harmful. some times it may cause gastric uncomfort.. You need to take bedtime lantus insulin on daily basis.

Hba1c is quite high. You need triple therapy. Monotherapy of metformin won't control sugar at this stage. Do exercise regularly and stick to diabetic diet. Feel free to ...read full answer
