We don't call it as bed rest. U r allowed to walk partial wt bearing on operated leg. Once your x-rays show signs of healing adequately, you will be allowed to walk full ...read full answer

Looks like hamstring spasm. If possible do cycling for 15 min daily. Will ease your pain. Doesn't seem Serious.

You might have hamstring spasm. Your MRI is pretty normal. It says it has some excess fluid in knee. Recovery will be natural. If possible do cycling for 20 min tks.
