Check ecg / heart. That is the number one cause of the above complaints. If that is cleared, you can look up other problems.

Try glucosamine with chondroitin sulphate. And without exercises, no nutritional supplement is good enough.

You should not take myospaz and altraday - they contain same class pain killer. Try dubinor with altraday, each tablet only once daily.
