You can use. But it will not work for dark circle. You need to evaluate why there is dark circle to treat it effectively.

There are medicinea available but will have side effects. In general use good sunscreen, avoid sun exposure. Take carrots and ghee.

No home remedy will get rid of stretch marks. You need to get fractional laser to get rid of stretch marks.
