Such a small polyp won’t cause any problem in digestion. It will stay forever . The only pointer is usg should be done once in a year so as to compare and see the growth of polyp ( if any )

1) in this app attached file does not reach to doctor only the text of the question reaches.
2) if a good machine- it is not normal.
3) I am sure they must have advised to repeat sonography after 1 week.

Hi, generally at 5wks gestational sac is not visible transabdominally. But not the fact that it will be seen in tvs. So better to wait for 10 days and then repeat.
