Hello and welcome to Lybrate. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Trichotillomania (ttm), also known as hair pulling disorder or compulsive hair pulling, is a mental disorder characterized by a long-term urge that results in the pulling out of one's hair.
I suggest telephonic counseling and online psychotherapy for you.
You can contact me for further advice and treatment options. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.

Dear user. I can understand. You are you. Whatever your behavior today, whatever your body language today are learned from your past experiences and social interactions. Whatever you have learned can be unlearned or over written. This is a continuous process happening throughout your life. In your present case I need to evaluate your behavior thoroughly before providing an answer. I suggest cognitive behavior therapy for you. Take care.
