USG is first and very good modality to see abdomen. If anything suspicious than usually CT is done but in some condition MRI is very helpful so it depends upon patient symptom.

What r other symptoms that you r experiencing?
By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains?
Is there stiffness also?
How is your appetite?
R you constipated?

This is inadequate information rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.
Physiotherapy usually helps
any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days
you will need other supportive medicines also. It may have to be further investigated
make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.
Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Kindly do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Fennel seeds can give you relief from other indigestion symptoms like gas and bloating, too.
