I am writing to seek your advice regarding a persistent discomfort in my achilles tendon. Although it has been mainly been discomfort for me and some pain for the past three months, I initially injured it around six months ago which after like 2 months it felt better I could walk on it and things I have been experiencing ongoing discomfort in my achilles tt tends to bother me, even while just sitting there have also been instances where I feel like I may have slightly re-aggravated the injury. Considering the timeline of the injury, the persistent discomfort, and the possibility of re-aggravation, I would greatly appreciate your professional opinion on the best course of action. Should I continue with exercises or consider a period of rest to allow for further healing? Your guidance would be immensely helpful in managing this condition effectively.

A physical therapist can instruct you in a series of exercises to stretch the plantar fascia and achilles tendon and to strengthen lower leg muscles, which stabilize your ankle and heel. A therapist might also teach you to apply athletic taping to support the bottom of your foot. Apply ice over the area.

Before 6 month I got a cut in my achilles (outside) the cut injury got cured in an week but I feel some pain over there and I couldn't walk, the total area back of ankle is bulged after three months I consultant a doctor he took ct scan and said nothing much just to follow some physical exercise thn again after 2 months you consult another doctor he took mri scan and said no tareup of tissue it just buljed suffering everyday, I couldn't continue my fitness class and cycling so pls suggest sm other way.

Dont worry for your ankle pain, here are few exercises for reducing ankle pain and getting strength back to it.

1. Achilles stretch.

Face a wall and raise the arms, so that the palms rest flat against the wall.

Place one foot back, keeping the knee straight. Then bend the knee of the opposite leg.

Keep both heels flat on the floor.

Push the hips forward, until the Achilles tendon and calf muscles can be felt stretching.

My right knee is swollen and it got fluid inside it. It's been 4 months when I first consulted with a doctor, took his medicines for 2 and half months but nothing got better, then I consulted another doctor and he prescribed me some test like hla b27 and it's negative, got vitamin b12 deficiency it's 190. He's also unable to tell what's the exact problem, currently in prayagraj and done with my mri and the results are nothing it's just my knee is swollen and that's why it's filled with the fluid. The second doctor took the water outside from my knee 2 times in a day (64 ml and 32 ml ), with the help of an injection, the problematic fact is that as soon the doctor took the fluid out, it got filled within just 10 mins. The third doctor also did the same yesterday in pryagraj after watching my mri results but nothing helped, the condition is getting worse. I got maybe every test reports a doctor needs and I just want the right medication, please help.

My mother is 56 years old. She has been suffering with knee joints pain from last 9 years. Doctor says for knee replacement. But she is diabetic but don't know which type of diabetes to her, because after taking medicine sugar level becomes normal. Is there any possibility of knee replacement with blood sugar? She is also suffering from shoulders pain, arms and legs pain. She feels always numbness in her feet and do not feel anything like walking, injury etc. Is it a part of diabetes or not. Which type of check up or test should be done to know about all problems. Please answer my question.

Resisted terminal knee extension: make a loop with a piece of elastic tubing by tying a knot in both ends. Close the knot in a door at knee height. Step into the loop with your injured leg so the tubing is around the back of your knee. Lift the other foot off the ground and hold onto a chair for balance, if needed. I am a 22 year old male. I had a mid-shaft oblique humerus fracture which is fixed by ss plate implant. After 10 weeks post surgery, I met with my surgeon and he said that your bone is 90% united by looking at the x-ray. I can still see an oblique gap in my humerus. I have been taking calcium supplements since surgery. Was the gap supposed to fill within 12 weeks?

in my opinion as you are only 26 years you do not require this medicine which is given for osteoporosis you can continue taking calcium tablet as you have already taken the single ibandronate in the kit. Nevertheless you can take vitamin d 3 60 k once a week for 2 monthhs.
