If it's a female child then she will be a carrier only and if it's a male child he will be normal provided your wife is not a carrier. Your child won't have a full blown Hemophilia disease unless your wife is a carrier.

Hemophilia is X linked disorder. That means it affects only male babies. Hemophilia in female is extremely rare, rather it may be possible, she is having VWD, another bleeding disorders with similar presentation. So she needs specific test to confirm VWD and the subtype. I think these symptoms are not related directly to Hemophilia
If simple antacids like gelusil or Tab Pan is not giving you relief its better to visit the doctor and get investigated.
