I am 24 years old male, I have fear of flying in aeroplane When I was travelled in plane for a first time I was very much anxiety during takeoff and also whole flight feeling dizziness and increase heart beat and fear of height after that I didn't travelled in flight can you give some medication idea to get out from this fear or treatment.
