This causes people to avoid situations that they anticipate to be humiliating. Such a situation makes the person feel trapped and helpless. Exposure therapy helps you. You have to keep saying to yourself that you will come out of this problem. If you decide, then it becomes easy for you. In this therapy, you should start going out to places which you fear directly and face the consequence. Or take someone with you and go the places . First day just go near that place, next go a bit forward, third day some more distance. In the same continue till you come out of that fear. You can and you will definitely overcome fear.
