consult local ophthalmologist this may be due to sudden decraese in blood pressure or due to embolism blocking small blood vessel of eye.

It looks to me that you are suffering from proctalgia fugax. Try warm sitz baths twice a day. If that doesn't help please consult a surgeon and have yourself examined by him. Medical management can be decided after that examination only. Thanks.

I would like to know on what basis was a diagnosis of proctalgia fugax was made. Without a proper clinical examination it is difficult to make a diagnosis and an MRI may be required to clear all doubts.
