ejection fraction above 60% is ok for wait. But as soon as situations are normal replacement of aortic valve should be done.

Your future management depends upon your symptoms and 2decho findings.
If both are normal, then just yearly ct for aortic measurements.

Aortic bicuspid is fairly common in normal people. You may need regular followup, but usually its asymptomatic. Why were you prescribed adderall? Did your doctor know about your conditions? If your doctor knew, its fairly safe.

Prednisolone or Few immuno suppressive drug can be given but with a lot of side effects at 73 years of age and hence it’s better to go for stenting if possible or go for bypass surgery only if the cardiac surgeon is confident about the outcome.
