Regards Lybrate user. The vertebrae (bones in the spine), have discs (cushions in between them). Poor posture over long durations or repeated bending activity (eg. Not only needs doctor's prescription (medication) but also do home ex's (physical therapy) and take proper diet (this is suggested by your doctor or nutritionist) taking care, precautions, preventive measures, ergonomic precautions, lifestyle modifications (which are advised by your doctor or physio therapist. All are doing in your treatment time. If all are follow. Your back muscles pain also decreased and fully recovered.

Respected Lybrate user. Don't have to be confused. Be careful. Concious and be confefedent your problem. Please remember" precautions as your doctor told you. Have you started any neck ex's. In mild pain also you follow and do some precautions & ex's.if you're not know. Please ask orthopaedic doctor or physio therapist.
