A Baker's cyst is usually the result of knee-joint conditions, such as arthritis or torn cartilage, that cause the knee to produce too much lubricating fluid.
Symptoms, when they occur, may include a bulge and tight feeling behind the knee.
Treatment, if required, involves treating the underlying condition. Other options include a cortisone injection, fluid drainage with a needle or physiotherapy.

A baker's cyst is a pocket of fluid that forms a lump behind the knee. It is also called a popliteal cyst. What causes a baker's cyst?
A baker's cyst is caused when excess joint fluid is pushed into one of the small sacs of tissue behind the knee. When this sac fills with fluid and bulges out, it is called a cyst. The excess fluid is usually caused by conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis that irritate the knee. It may also be caused by an injury.

Baker’s cyst is the result of too much synovial fluid production from the knee. This increased fluid production could be due to various reasons like arthritis, inflammation of the knee joint or some kind of knee injury.

Pimple never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne.
